The most popularly practised form of Yoga that has its roots in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika by Swami Swatmarama. This form rooted in the tradition involves performing Kriyas for cleansing, Sukshma Vyayaam that deals with joint mobility, Suryanamskar for vitality, Asana practice to balance strength and flexibility, Pranayama to balance life force and Bandha for energy management.
