Meenal Maliramani started Yoga practice under the guidance of Shri. Shiv Kumar about a decade ago.
With a committed approach to good health, she pursued the practice with ardent devotion. With time it dawned upon her that this ancient practice that is so holistic should be shared and encouraged. With a resolve to bring happiness and good health she pursued her studies in Yogic science and is now a QCI, Department of AYUSH (Govt. Of India) certified Yoga Teacher and the founder of Energizer Yoga.
She also keeps herself updated by attending workshops and seminars that fit her routine. It’s her fond desire to spread her love and passion for Yoga in every possible way. She believes that Yoga is an art that introduces You to yourself.
She is loved by her students for the vibrancy and energy she carries to each class.
Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Aerial Yoga are her forte. She also leads the kids’ batch.
Kamal Maliramani is an advertising professional who chose the path of Yoga to de-stress, recharge and rejuvenate.
He started his Yoga practice about 14 years ago and soon his enthusiasm and commitment turned into a passion and he rose level by level into becoming a Yoga Teacher.
In the course of becoming a certified Yoga Instructor, he went through a rigorous Teacher Training Course with Gandhi Gyan Mandir, Hyderabad, one of the leading and oldest centre of Yoga in Hyderabad.
In the year 2012, he enrolled for one month at the world recognized K.Pattabhi Jois Institute of Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore where Yoga enthusiasts from various corners of the world converge to learn Ashtanga Yoga also popular by the name Power Yoga. This course helped him raise the bar further in teaching Yoga. He is known to be a passionate, humble and loving teacher.
He encourages students to move deeper into their practice with patience and perseverance. His exploration continued and, on his journey, he also picked up the practice of AcroYoga. He is the only teacher in Telangana who teaches and practices AcroYoga holistically.
His wisdom and way of life inspire many of his students and co-teachers. He is among the few Yoga teachers who has imbibed the traditional and modern forms of Yoga with equal élan.
Neelima Pudota's first interaction with Yoga started at the age of 14, when her parents thought she needs it to tackle the pressure and competition of her academics in Class X. Not only did it help her with studies, but she recollects how at every stage of life, Yoga helped her in keeping fit physically, mentally and spiritually. It helped her shape into a versatile personality taking every challenge into her stride and excelling in different fields. After working in corporates for 8+ years, she quit her job to pursue Mountaineering full time. In 2016, She became the first woman from the state of Andhra Pradesh to have climbed Mt. Everest.
Changing her fitness domain from Bharatanatyam as a child to being an avid runner, barefoot athlete, trekker and a Mountaineer, if there is one thing she can point out that has stood by her side throughout in her fitness Journey, it is Yoga. She believes that whatever you do in life, Yoga will help you become the best at it. It is not just a fitness tool, but has become a necessity in the times that we live.
Having learnt Hatha and Kalari Yoga with different Gurus, She holds an RYT-200 certification to teach Yoga. In bringing Yoga to her students, she especially blends the best of both worlds - The science of sport and the tradition of Yoga. It is this versatility that her students love the most in her class.
Nicy Joseph is a professional dancer with an expertise in jazz, contemporary, hip hop and Bollywood. With a decade of experience in dance and having worked with Shiamak Davar Institute of Performing Arts, she is a regular mentor for many celebrities and their children.
Yoga, acrobatics and gymnastics have always been her forte and help her gain command over movement. Apart from these, she is also recognized for choreography in events & Sangeet parties along with emceeing, modelling and fitness. She is associated with Energizer Yoga for teaching AcroYoga.
