Long hours of sitting in the school, in front of television or tablet or mobile unfortunately are common lifestyle for many kids. This lack of movement leads to a weak immune system, bored mind and aggression. The extra energy that kids have to need to be channelized in the right direction. Our kids’ classes are designed to introduce movement through Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Games. 

To make it easier on their already tight schedules we have these classes on weekends. Here are a few advantages of bringing Yoga into your kid’s life:

- Improves concentration and retention ability

- Builds strength and flexibility 

- Strengthens immune system

- Improves appetite 

- Reduces stress and anxiety 

Must for every child. We accept children over 8 years of age. The class timings are Saturday 5 – 6 pm and Sunday 11-12 noon.
