This is our Philosophy class. While the Asana practice takes care of our body the text Yoga Sutras of Patanjali deals with transcending the mind to liberation. This is our Saturday class and most ideal if you wish to understand how our mind and the world functions. It gives you insight into your suffering and helps one deal with it.
Our modern-day stress is rooted in our fears, insecurities, relationship issues, finance, anger and associated emotions. While we want to be happy, we end up being in misery. Nothing seems to bring us into a state of permanent Joy. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali comes as a solution. It identifies for you the root cause of your suffering and how to deal with it. If you aspire to walk further it also leads one to liberation.
This class is ideal for each one of us. We all have our set of struggles and here is Patanjali showing us the way out.
