Surya Yantra asana (Sundial Pose)

Being intermediate pose, Surya Yantra Asana stretches many body parts and brings with it the quality of awareness, confidence and balance for the body and the mind.

We practice this pose not only to achieve flexibility but also stability which is at the core of yoga and this asana is a wonderful combination of both of them.

On or off the mat, Sundial pose teaches strength with humility.
