At Energizer Yoga we had started a journey of 108 suryanamaskars for 108 days, many took up the task but one of them stood out, meet Neetu Varandani Matta who never skipped a day even if she missed being in the class, weekday or weekend she moved with commitment and took it up as a tapasya, the fruits were experienced on physical, mental and emotional level.
