Freedom means the state of absolute well being....Being able to access that seat of quietness, stillness, the seat of God. When something disturbs you, lean back, see it with awareness and give it space to pass by. The moment you lean back, you can witness what the situation is, what's happening and then its easy to deal with it or if needed let it go.
